Jae Ha (Monica) has come to spend some time with us which is amazingly great. She came up from Nashville where she’s going to school and we are having such a good time visiting. So why not throw her at the plasma cutter and do a project for her to take home as a souvenir. It turns out my freehand cutting of english lettering is better than my korean, but hey, it all worked out. I found a cherry blossom stencil on the intertubes and we cut that out of some 18 Ga I had kicking around.
After the stencil was cut out I tacked the plate with Jae Ha’s name on, popped a little hole for wall hanging and clear-coated the finished product.
A nice way to spend the morning!
